GEM: The Voynich Manuscript

Voynich

Is it a truth we do not know anymore? The language of a mad man? A hoax?
Recently The New Yorker Online published an article by Reed Johnson about this manuscript, named after the antiquarian bookseller who discovered it in 1912 in Rome. It has been called the most mysterious manuscript of the world. Until now, not a word has been deciphered. The drawings in the book are not very helpful either: they seem to be as much otherworldly as the writing.
Curious to give it a try yourself? Here you can find the the entire manuscript online.
